I’ve managed to get behind this week. I need to write 3,000 words in my fantasy romance between today and tomorrow because I had to navigate a fractured routine and some ups and downs.
And, this is doable. 1,500 words today and 1,500 words tomorrow isn’t insurmountable, but it probably means I won’t work on much else.
Next week’s challenge will be easy; I’m leaving for a retreat in the forest on Friday, so the challenge will be to enjoy that and use the change of pace and the beautiful atmosphere to get some good, deep writing done.
